PURPOSE

The Hive is an exclusive reset experience in Napa Valley, CA

April 22-25, 2025

  • iconexion launched in April 2012 and gathered 32 Latino thought leaders in Napa Valley, CA, to shape a new narrative of professional networking, executive insights and authentic peer-to-peer support. Our mission was uncertain, yet our vision was bold.

LOVE

The Hive is not an event, it's a three day reset, with a wide array of talks, insights from proven change makers, wellness excursions, gourmet food, and experiences designed to foster relationships and inspire new perspectives.

We pride ourselves on designing an impactful community. By gathering people around shared principles, building shared practices, and thoughtful live event design, we create a space where people can be their most open and authentic, so that they may grow personally and professionally.

The Experience

This year at the Hive, we’re embracing Play - not just as an action, but as a mindset for leadership, creativity, and transformation. Play fuels courage, unlocks innovation, and reignites purpose. It’s the key to pushing boundaries while staying true to ourselves.

Over two immersive days, we’ll explore Play Inside - the introspective power of play to combat fear, burnout, and self-doubt - and Play Outside, where leadership, reinvention, and storytelling come into focus.

Hive is where ideas collide, where play fuels purpose, and where we rewrite the narrative - together.

Come Ready to Play.
